Shipping
Lucends ships through USPS First-Class Package Service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of your order and mailing address. Shipping only within the US currently.

Many products are made to order, so please be patient while waiting for your items! First-Class Package Service usually takes around 1-3 business days to deliver, and this time may also be extended due to the pandemic. Most orders should be shipped out within 1-2 weeks, and you should receive an email confirming your order placement and shipment. If your order has not been shipped out within 2 weeks of placement or if you have not received your order in over a week after shipment, please reach out!​

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
As of current, Lucends does not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated, and is not responsible for items after they are shipped out. Please keep in mind that everything is made and packaged by hand and thus products may vary. If your item is severely damaged, broken, or if you receive the wrong item(s), please let me know for a refund :)
Items & Packaging
All items are made with care by hand, so no two items will be identical! Please be understanding if your order is imperfect or differs from images posted. I aim to use as many repurposed and recycled materials as possible in packaging, too, so materials may also vary or be imperfect.​​ If you are dissatisfied or have an issue with a product, please reach out via email or contact form and I will be happy to help!​
