Shipping
Lucends ships through USPS First-Class Package Service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of your order and mailing address. We currently only ship within the US.

Many products are made to order, so please be patient while waiting for your items! First-Class Package Service usually takes around 1-3 business days to deliver, and this time may also be extended due to the pandemic. Most orders should be shipped out within 1-2 weeks, and you should receive an email confirming your order placement and shipment. If your order has not been shipped out within 2 weeks of placement or if you have not received your order in over a week after shipment, please contact us and we would be glad to check on your order.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
As of current, Lucends does not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated, and is not responsible for items after they are shipped out. Please keep in mind that everything is done by hand and thus products may vary. If your item is severely damaged, broken, or if you receive the wrong item(s), please let us know and we can discuss a refund :)
Items & Packaging
All items are made with care by hand, so no two items will be identical (the charm of shopping handmade!). We make an effort to create high-quality products but can not guarantee perfection, so please be understanding if your order is imperfect or differs from the images posted. If you are dissatisfied or have an issue with a product, please reach out to us via email or contact form and we will be happy to help as much as we can!

We aim to use as many repurposed and recycled materials as possible in our packaging. Materials may vary or be imperfect.

White tissue paper: 100% recycled content
Cushioning: 100% recyclable paper
Kraft tape: 100% recyclable paper, SGS RoHS certified, non-PE coated
White boxes: recyclable kraft cardboard
Black mailers: 100% compostable, made from PBAT and corn starch, 90-day breakdown time in commercial compost, 180-day breakdown time in domestic compost, meet ASTM 6400, EN13432, BPI, and Vincotte OK COMPOST HOME standards

**All other packaging materials are reused and/or repurposed existing supplies and may or may not be earth-friendly. Please reuse, recycle, and properly dispose of your packaging after you receive your order. Thank you!
